The MetsterMill in Sint-Truiden Belgium will undergo a very thorough architectural renovation in 2021 by contractor ABB&Z on behalf of the owner.

In 2019, in the heart of Leuven city centre on the fourth Dijle branch, very close to the Stella Artois brewery, a new fish pass was put in place to make the existing shutter weir passable for migrating fish species.

In 2018, Kurt Elst of the Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer (the Flemish Roads and Traffic Agency) got in touch with us for a floating debris skimmer at the newly built Groot Schijn pumping station in Deurne – Antwerp.

In 2018, the lock in Kain, on the river Scheldt outside Tournai, was fully refurbished. For one thing, 2 new shutter weirs were installed to ensure  automatic level control of the Scheldt, where flow rates in excess of 100 m³/s are no exception.

In 2018, De Vlaamse Waterweg (the Flemish Waterways Authority) invited innovative tenders for a contract to develop and install plastic collectors for floating debris at 10 locations on various waterways around Flanders.
